Thank god they're not all glass. Finally this area is getting some texture, colour, architectural creativity. If this was another all glass tower I would have puked. Now it comes down to execution and quality materials.

Where are you seeing material that isn't glass?

They released images that show they aren't all glass. Are you saying the white bits are fritted glass?

I just assumed that the white bits were fritted glass (like at Festival Tower). I guess they could be some other material, but to be honest, I'd be shocked. Regardless, white fritted glass is still better than more blue or green glass.

It never occurred to me that it would be white fritted glass, but agree with you that even that would be a big improvement over the blue/green glass that every other building in the area seems to have.

Either way I'm relieved.

Definitely a relief from all the blue/green glass in the area. I still wish the circular "candy cane" tower, which was originally proposed, was part of the plan instead of the twins.

Excavation moving much faster than I thought it would. - Maybe 2 years to get the podium done, by then sales pretty close to complete or good enough for full financing, barring economic collapse.

Lightbulb

For some reason that pic looks like it's missing some sort of urban river like in Chicago. Can't explain exactly why.
