I'd imagine so at this pace. I'm actually quite amazed how slow this has progressed. There have been a few other projects in Surrey Central that started digging after this project started and the towers are now nearly topped out and this one isn't even ground level I don't think.

It's nearly at ground level at a portion of it, but no, still not there.
Whereas across the street next to Holland park it's already at ground level...

No doubt. It just reached ground level in the back for rebar. I still think the front part is not at ground level yet. At the same time there is a tower up by Surrey Central that started digging after this project's hole was completely dug, and the tower is topped out already (30ish floors) and this project hasn't even reached ground level.

It's unreal how slow it is going. I mean there are workers there pretty much every day and I see things going in and out. This has to be the absolutely most complicated set of towers to build, or I dunno.

Damn, looks like they've added 2 floors to both buildings in 2 Weeks. Could finish spring-summer next year at that rate

You are right The two buildings almost kiss each other..... How come Surrey city allows that ?? Double density in that small lot.....

I think it's because the creek takes up a lot of the site, so the developable area (with creek setback) was quite small.
