Nah, these type of construction projects finish up fast. This will not be the Frost. Time is truly is money regarding these projects. I say by end of March we will see something, no later than mid-April, for sure.
They still have plenty of excavation work and then foundation before they can go vertical. Even at an accelerated pace, I'd say 6 weeks to two months. If I'm proven wrong, I'll be happy.
^^ The good news is that the soil is much easier to dig up than the schist in Manhattan. The bad news is that you have to dig up much more of the the soil than the schist. But it shouldn't take too long. Thanks for the photo update.
Has anyone else been watching the webcam for this project? I've been checking it the last couple of weeks and I've seen almost no progress or even any work crews on the site.
