Can't think of one but the wide corridor/plaza at Inman Quarter bridged a huge sewer line. This is the back side of Beetlecat on the way to MF Sushi. I think it worked out good and even has a water feature

^That apartment in the front has been there for years. I think it's actually a pretty good one because it has no exposed parking.

And they’re adding retail. Honestly, probably one of the nicer looking midrises in Atlanta.

This is why I'm skeptical sometimes he even lives in Atlanta. How does an Atlanta development aficionado not know where this is? As if it hasn't been talked about for years now along with a variety of maps, photos, and renderings showing you exactly where it is.
