Trees (not cheap...$100 a tree, $50 a shrub)
Shed ($1500 minimum)
Sprinklers
Retaining walls
Honestly, $100,000 doesn't get you a pristine acreage. Builders say that typical landscaping is about 25-30% of the cost of the home build.
