Nice Koops!

At the south end of the city:

Harbourplaza condos in Southcore is really starting to move up. They finally seem to have finished the lower floor/podium and the towers should rise at a good clip now.

RE: Stantec Tower

From 'Spill' on C2E who apparently saw firsthand an elevation.

'250.84 m, according to the sum of individual section heights. '

^ Well at 250.8m (823ft) I guess it's official. Edmonton will have the tallest building in Western Canada (for now).

No secret. Photos of development applications submitted to the City of Edmonton are not allowed.

Not just Western Canada, but anywhere outside of Toronto, as I am sure nothing in Montreal is taller.

Nothing in Montreal is taller than the tallest buildings in Calgary. Montreal's height limit is 210 meters.

It will be interesting to see exactly how much of that height increase that EduS gets. Pretty sure they will get the full amount, but stranger things have been know to happen.

I've updated the list on the first page of the thread, however most of the construction photos are a couple months old at this point. I'll do a more comprehensive update later in the week.
