Where does it say there that it is the tallest west of Toronto? The only word we've ever had on that is yours. How can such an important tower for one of our major cities have no height information released even though it's well under construction already?

For now I think everyone is sticking with the released height of 224 meters.

Can't blame you for trying though as I've done the same with City Centre. The difference being that City Centre was in the database at 170 meters for most of its construction phase and has been topped out at 170 meters (by direct comparison to 177 meter Jameson Place). The released number is 161 meters though.

What are you talking about? All I did was state facts. Why is there no data if what he is saying is supposed to be taken as fact?

Hmmm... sounds pretty similar to what you've been saying previously and others in the know have been mentioning for the past few months. How about that.

Any news on revisions or a redesign to better incorporate the switch between office and residential portions of the tower?

When will we get a confimed height? That's the only thing that matters at this point.

Any idea when we might see an updated render?

^Why do you need confirmation? Often there is no confirmation when towers are competing. There's no reason the height hast to be in the permit.

WS won't update this list, until he sees confirmation coming from the developer or the city.

So it's great that it's gonna be a bit taller, but still, nothing is confirmed until we see it in writing.

Exactly man!

Plus, we should celebrate Edmonton not only being the home of gov't, but also the future home of something taller (which means better) than that little city south of us.

Congrats Edmonton, the King of Alberta takes back his crown from that obscure town that shall fade into irrelevance...

Haha well that was good for a laugh at least. Taller with a half decent design might have been better, but as it stands, not so much. The Delta looks awesome though.
