That's one intersection I would not even try driving in snow. The grade is ridiculous even in good conditions.

Haha, that Audi TT with guaranteed summer tires never even had a chance. I wonder that he got that far. I doubt my X1 with winter tires would have even made that hill, up or down.

Someone that lives in this complex should really set up a webcam that can broadcast this hill. I'm sure they would capture some pretty good footage.

There was a fire yesterday evening (Dec 12) at parkade level P4.... luckily no one was hurt....Hope that there is no permanent structural damage to delay completion !!

I think there's a post in the transit discussion thread. Basically they have set up a few train pairs with deicing equipment and a solution to spray on the tracks to stop snow from setting and ice from forming.

The biggest problem with snow is falling snow tripping the track intrusion systems (though the new systems installed on the Evergreen line seem to be better about this) so they have to turn them off, resulting in needing staff to runs trains in manual mode and/or staff acting as human track intrusion systems at each station with a radio.
