Likely 30-35 MPA or 4000-5000 PSI.

I think so. Current highest observation deck is in Canton Tower at 1600'. But maybe other supertalls under construction have observation decks in their plans

I think the Mecca Clock Tower has an obs.deck about a few feet taller.

Yes, the Mecca Clock Tower has the highest observation deck at 558.7 m (1,833 ft), SWFC observatory is on 474 m (1,555.1 ft). Shanghai Tower obs will be at 556.7 meter (1,826 ft).

What an awesome building! This has to be in my top 10 of the best looking buildings in the world. I cant wait to see it topped out and it fully fitted out. I other countries can learn from the Chinease method of contruction and building design. Some countries are so overcrowded and need buildings like this in its cities!
