Looks like they have focused work on the lobbies now for both office and residential.

That is a long time. At the current pace it will be fully completed inside out by February 2021 I'm estimating.

I was hoping we'd be hearing the names of what fast food places and other shops are moving in by now.

Yeah, there's no space for a Phase E, so that must include what would have been Phase E.

Still was hoping for 3 more towers in the area but looks like its not going to happen and 2 it is.

Park Boulevard matches the Hub towers much more than the older ones on the Infinity side.

I saw some lights on inside the lower units of the taller tower. At least all the way up to the 6th-7th floor. Also the construction elevator for the taller tower has been removed now.

Out of all the condos in Surrey Central these two towers are my favorite so far in terms of looks.
