Look at that perfect slope of buildings rising progressively taller as you move from the Bow River to Brookfield Place.
Leave it to the city that doesn't have a height limit (I think?) to allow the best views of its tall landmarks.
Actually there is a height limit for most of downtown due to a bylaw that the buildings are not to cast shadows over the river. That is why they are all stepped like that.
It is very monotonous, but its nice to see taller more dynamic ones coming into play. The Yaletown aquamarine wall will never be broken, but at least awesome stuff is poking up behind it now
