I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT! I wish it was taller, totally should've been above 400 feet

Great job TK! It helps to visualize this in the skyline. I wish it were taller too, but I like this project a lot, and it helps to further fill this West Market gap, to help further bridge Center City and University City.

Plus, with this, 2222 Market and 2120 Market, plus River Walk, that leaves what, just the PECO lot left, right? Then we can start looking at capping over and building over the rail tracks next to JFK Blvd?

I think two towers could easily fit on the PECO lot. One 400+ tower and one 600+ or 700+ tower would be awesome for that huge lot.

It gives me great comfort to see proposals just keep coming. I was afraid everything was going to come to a stand still during this damned virus. I glimpse of hope!

What is this odd shaped building in TKs renderings?
Odd building

The possible 2120 Market redesign, it was on a recent Brandywine PDF

TK, you do us a great service. Not to be greedy, but would it be possible to highlight the proposed buildings so that they are more easily identifiable?

You may have missed the PMC office tower planned for the sliver of land between the tracks and JFK.

It looks like it's in his Diagrams, there are three towers after the PECO building.

TK thank you for not dying of the virus all those times you went outside to take pictures. You could have been one of the .04% under the age of 45 that succumbed to it.

Thank you! This is much better! It really shows how much the western end of Market Street might grow. I think we all knew it would happen sooner or later - it's good to be the momentum picking up.

I also didn't find the previous drawings clear and appreciate Knight's balls for asking!

I don’t understand why people give you sh!t. You are just about the only reason to come on this site at this point. You provide great content, and I thank you very much.

These days people abuse others and their own emotions, I'm only here to help and provide. I don't want to have anger towards people I don't know.

Anyways, quick question. Is there a thread for 2100 Hamilton?
