Toronto really only has 1 tower in the top ten!

ICE Condos don't look that menacing from Bathurst.

Won't be too long until MLS is flooded with 200 listings for Ice 2.

Some of those listings will be for rentals too, I assume?

Also, once ICE 2 is off the list, you can see the Harbourplaza condos rising on the far right next to One York. That will be the excitement on this list, as we move more and more to a list of holes in the ground.

Most if not all. 200 units for sale would be nuts. (not that an 30% average of units going up for rental is nuts too) Crazier still that within a few weeks all those listings will be gone!

Not too many updates left before listings go live on MLS

I'm looking forward to the partial completion of the podium. It should have a huge impact on Lower Bay.

I didn't know this before but it appears that the penthouse unit at One Bloor covers both the 75th and the 76th floors. (mechanical)

One Bloor is on the 57th floor. - Just 19 more floors to go!

There are 3 penthouse units on the 75th floor and the 2 of them on the south side of the building are two level units. The north facing one is not.

I was just reminiscing about when Trump-Toronto, Aura and the Bow were all on the list at the same time. Overall the list is taller now, even though we don't have any towers breaking into the 270 meter range.

Things are gonna get better too, EduS (228 meters-app) and 45 Bay(254 meters) should be starting soon.

Did anyone else see that there was a decent-sized fire in one of the ICE buildings yesterday?

Most fun I've seen with Harbour Plaza Condos in weeks!!

Montana Steele Redefines the Toronto Skyline

Quote:
The city is buzzing with the launch of Menkes’ Harbour Plaza Condominiums and the visual appeal of Montana Steele’s reimagined downtown Toronto skyline. As the original hero image for this landmark downtown community, the cityscape visually showcases Harbour Plaza and it’s close proximity to world-class amenities and unique features that embody the eclectic character of the Toronto Waterfront. It’s natural that the tagline for this project is “Stay connected to everything that matters”.

Harbour Plaza is Menkes’ newest condominium community in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant South Core Financial District. Along with Harbour Plaza Condominiums and its neighbour, the One York commercial office tower, this entire neighbourhood is the focus of a visionary master plan that will see a multitude of new office and commercial towers going up in the coming years.
