Construction site a week ago. Not long before these towers will start to make their mark in the skyline!

Is it possible to purchase a place in one of the first two towers? I know the website says they are sold out but I am wondering if I am able to purchase one through a real estate company. I am very new to this but would really like to get in on this place. Any help would be great. Thanks

If you are planning to purchase it and keep it empty artificially inflating the market.

Went by today on the bus. Wasn't able to get any pictures but noticed both towers are starting to rise. The one on Willingdon is 2 floors past the podium. There has also been significant glass work done on the Willingdon side of the podium. I'll try and get some pictures soon.

Typical towers with average floorplate sizes (not too large or too small) usually take about a week to a week and half or so for each floor plate/slab (structural only).

With 52 weeks in a year you're probably looking at anywhere between 40-50-ish floors for most of the year assuming they start the year having cleared the podium entirely and also assuming no unusual conditions or delays or any weeks taken off from construction (like....construction holiday in the summer, for instance).


Rough estimates and speculative, of course.

Yes, it was an estimate based on the podiums and plaza being complete at the beginning of the year and construction having started on the first (clear) floors of the towers around then (for the 52 week time frame of a full year).

Obviously looking at where we are today, the podium still has another couple of months at least before it's complete (probably not until some time in mid to late Spring).
So based on that then yes, about 30 or so floors is probably about right.

What is even more exciting is that there will be not one, not even two, but THREE towers rising in the same time frame. And that's just within this development. The whole are and the skyline is going to look crazy!
