Amazon bought the Lord & Taylor building on 5th Ave which they are building out. They also recently took more space in MW I believe. It doesn't really matter who leases 15 Penn, so long as somebody does.

I've been saying the design is more suitable for Park Avenue. But the hotel Penn was always going to go. It's been over a decade since we've been looking at replacements. For the people who do care about it, there will be no good replacement for it, so that doesn't matter.

The thing about those renderings, the north side is pretty much expendable to Vornado, as they are trying to sell the office floors. We'll get more renderings eventually. But it won't matter a whole lot because whatever tower rises just to the north will block that view anyway.
Meanwhile, Roth's inspiration for the marketing....

Though, depending on the rendering, it's still 15 Penn...
