I am assuming yes. The suites themselves will be on the existing first floor.

I was reading about Target's urban small format stores last night and it made me wonder if they are considering New Orleans. Also, ALDI entering Slidell and Marrero--I've been told that when ALDI enters a new market, they spread like wildfire!!!

This is admittedly off-topic, but 99% of the time I'm ok with our benevolent tech overlords at Google, but I really wish they would update their satellite views in Google Maps/Google Earth. It seems like New Orleans hasn't been updated in 5 years, if not more ... you'd think that in exchange for being able to sell advertisements against literally every data point in my life, they'd at least give me some up to date maps to allow me to scratch my real estate itch.

Humm 🤔 so does that mean that Orleans parish will finally get an ALDI and the location would be in New Orleans East off of Bullard ave.? That would be awesome. I also think that the former sam’s club and Walmart site in New Orleans east would be perfect for an IKEA as well.

Here is a nice read on our Tech economy here in New Orleans by Business facilities. We made their top 5, we were #4 behind #3 Atlanta and #1 Austin. This is awesome news hopefully this is a sign for bigger and more frequent tech and corporate announcements for the city and region due to a lot of national attention lately about our growing tech scene.

Certainly best thing city and state can do is what they appear to already be doing which is creating STEM programs in highschool and college to facilitate a work force for these jobs. Tech jobs can be created very quickly. Would still like to see a Wework office here
