and more disconcerting is why they sheared - ie the design failed!! I wonder what else was designed incorrectly, and I wonder if the the same engineers who designed this structure are the ones who inspected the sheared bolts and ok'd it?
Looking at it, those braces don't take much of the load but probably keep it from moving laterally, so it won't fall down "yet" but how much added fatigue and stress is there on the other connections?
