So that's two supertalls. Along with a second tier of 700 footers, most with either a residential component or 100% residential. We're going to have a lot of very tall housing in relatively short order. It makes sense that these are going to be high dollar units across the board. So my question is, are we becoming a Vancouver yet? Are we starting to see international demand materialize for these bigger towers? Maybe I have limited imagination, but it's hard for me to believe that Austin has enough demand at the right price point for all of this upcoming inventory.
It's funny how we classify a supertall using the conversion from the metric system of what they consider a supertall - 300 meters, to 984 feet since it's the US that invented the skyscraper and has more supertalls than any other country, with the relatively recent exception of China.
Anyway, I like it.
