Three parcels being listed by three different realtors and companies. If they are owned by the same person I wonder what their rationale is?

Wow, I used to work at 255 Sherbrook 13 years ago.

The company I used to work for owned that building, which was a telecommunications company (Easton Communications). The ownership was a couple where the husband was the owner and president, while the wife was managing finance and the whole property.

Over time, they leased out parts of the offices to the CFS agency that was there, and as they grew, the building owner leased more space to the CFS agency to the point where by the time I was hired (and later finding out I was the final employee to be hired for that company), we were crammed to the south part of the building with the upper level offices, and the warehouse at the ground floor, where it was also our "tech pool" where a few other of my co-workers and myself were stationed.

Since we were mostly on the road, we didn't spend too much time in the warehouse area.

The owners went through personal things and they ended up separated. The wife maintained ownership while the husband moved his company to another office space. That lasted a couple months before he sold the company to another company out of Ontario.

The office area is huge, and whoever buys that property will be lucky to have that commercial office space.

It's a centralized location where we could go anywhere around the city for service calls and installations, and it would be a 20-minute drive within the perimeter.

That is quite the opportunity for that corner if someone with vision, and money, wanted to step in. Could be a nice 'bookend' for the Sherbrook strip.

Another story to add.

Thomson Funeral Home across the back lane was a customer of ours. I did a couple of service calls there while still located at 255 Sherbrook. Literally just go out the man door and walk there.

The basement area of that funeral home though is exactly what one would imagine of what it would be like under a funeral home. Not only it was dark and decripid, but most of the space is crawl space with dirt under there that has NEVER seen the light of day since it was built.

Running a cable underneath there was... fun...
