They had their tree topping ceremony with the completion of some of the mechanical penthouse walls now poured. Still need to finish the roof slab on the west wing.

Concrete forming team has now completed their work and they have started cleaning up and trucking away the forms and supports cleaning up the site. Looks like the roofing contractor is prepping for the flat roof install. For some reason there has been little progress on installing the window modules on the higher floors. Did notice a large delivery of drywall being unloaded so they are prepping for after the weather proof roofing is installed. It will be a cold winter hanging from a swing station finishing the exterior concrete for that team.

For some reason they have not been installing window units from about the 7th floor up. Suspect they have run into supplier issues with deliveries from whomever was making the windows.

Still no progress with the window unit installs above the 7th floor. Small team on a swing station are working on the exterior concrete finishing. Activity level has been low this month likely in part due to weather.

Drewlo finally brought in a backhoe and dump truck and started to remove the concrete slag piled up on the south entrance way. Very little progress on exterior concrete finishing visible to date. Window installation still not happening.

Looks like they got a delivery of window units as they have made progress installing windows on the north side.

Have made good progress recently with installing the window units and are now up to the 15th floor. Swing station crew have been busy working on concrete finishing of the exterior south side walls in preparation for painters.

Forgot I snapped a pic last week while sitting at the light at Oxford and Wharncliffe. I don't come eastbound on Oxford at that point very often and hadn't really taken the time to notice this building.

Sign up on Talbot street about road closure the week of May 6th to 10th. No doubt Drewlo is taking down their tower crane from this building. Might be delivered directly to their new project at Highbury and Edgevalley. They have also now installed the last few windows remaining except for the garbage chutes.

This 16s by Drewlo and the 13s on St James by Old Oak still have alot of exterior and interior finishing work to complete before the first tenants. Will likely see that by Aug. As i imagine both are targeting the back to school market in Sept.

Talbot Street is now closed as they setup the heavy duty mobile crane to remove the tower crane from this 16s Drewlo building.

Started disassembling the tower crane today. Should have it loaded on trucks by end of day. Work can then begin on the crane base and the passthru holes in the parking levels where the tower segment poked thru.

Talbot St has reopened after the tower crane removal and the heavy lift mobile crane was packed up today. Still many months of exterior and interior finishing before the units will see the first tenants.
