4 blocks. This site is at Columbus Blvd and Water Street, just north of the Ben Franklin Bridge.

The old Trump site is 4 blocks north, at Columbus Blvd and Fairmount ave, on the water side sticking out into the Delaware River.

I was originally hoping for more height. But, I drive past this daily and I think it fits in real well. With "the Bridge" going up on the south side and a bunch of new construction on 2nd street this area is really going to demand more retail.

Is there a Wawa close by?

Nope. I wouldn't mind seeing a nice urban-scaled one, though.

Cladding on this is looking great! Could do without those orange punctuations though.
