The thing i still don't understand is whether those are open air patios divided by glass walls on the one angled side in the third last picture.

Will be pretty tough to have them turn out like that, there are no spandrel panels shown where walls or columns are adjacent to the curtain wall, so expect it to look quite different.

Love the proposal.... But still wonder if three towers is the way to go (too much of the same thing). I've said a couple times in the past the developer should scrap the third tower (shortest) and add a few more floors to the remaining two towers. Unfortunately, I think it's already been approve by the planning commission.

They re-routed the parking lot a few months ago to cut off access from 9th Ave. They also stock piled barricades and fencing at that time.

Not much activity since then.

Think this was said in another thread but for completeness sake.

Excavators on site and site fenced off. Demo should start soon.

Wow, a 150 meter tower and two smaller towers all getting underway on the same day. Good times!

Everything completely demo'd. Just need to get rid of the wreckage, then get some pile drivers on site.

Excavation won't happen on this one until late this year, sounds like there are some strata issues that need to be sorted out with the city first.

Wow super lame, Wexford has it listed as Q2 2015 start on their website. Thought they were ready to go with all that equipment on site.
