Looks like they are starting the 10th level this week. Sure was a lot accomplished in a short time since they hit the ground level!

The tenth floor pillars all have terminal rebar so the roof structures must be all steel framed.

They just installed "smart" elevators in FCC Place - presumably they'll do the same in Ag Place, to streamline staff movement between the two towers, especially given the 7th floor bridge.

(these are the elevators where you don't just push an up or down button, you actually enter the floor you're going to... the elevators then work together to move people more efficiently by optimizing loads & minimizing stops)

e.g. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/s...toryId=6799860

The construction workers are doing some interesting work on the roof , it appears the height of the tower will be what they constructed atop the elevator shaft, as per viewing the web cam

Installing the roof mechanical equipment today. These large items have to be in place before they build the penthouse around them. Since I took this shot they have installed equipment that is 2 stories tall and higher than the 12 floor of the FCC Bldg.

Was the initial angle of the penthouse changed as some of the other renders initially showed it exactly the same as the FCC tower currently. Did they just not update the renderings?

Is "penthouse" the proper term for the top of this building?

Still looks like the render on the first page to me. What seems off to you?
