Masonry contractor has started installing the exterior brick along the Dundas St side. Insulation continues to be installed along the other exterior walls.

I think Canada Life Place has settled into a different category of arena now that Hamilton has upgraded their arena. Hamilton is getting a lot of concerts, perhaps some that London would have gotten in the past. Obviously with more seating and their proximity to a larger market helps. OVG getting the city to spend $26 million or so to upgrade our arena was a strategic move on their part but I am not sure it has much real benefit to London. OVG also operates Hamilton's arena so it's not like they have loyalty to London over any other market that they operate in. I was at a game recently and it is still a good arena, but I just think we might see fewer major events there.

They have now installed the windows on the bump out on the south side of the arena. Should see insulation soon and the exterior brick finishing. Work continues on the exterior brick on the Dundas St side of the addition and the windows are now installed.

Almost done installing the exterior brick on the south side bump out. Exterior brick on the west side addition is also nearly complete with just two sections of wall left on the SW corner.
