Hmmm, je pensais qu'ils commençaient par la tour qui longe de la Montagne... mais ils ont arraché les arbustes de la Queue de Cheval et la terrasse semble aussi sur le point de disparaître. Ils vont faire le basilaire au complet comme on voit au Roccabella??

Si tu parles de la bâtisse sur de la Montagne, directement au nord du site de l'Icone, rien ne se passera. On ne le touchera pas.

As soon as we see foundation elements (not just shoring piles) one of us mods will move this to the Under Construction subforum.

What's going in across the street? Seems to be another construction site.

^that's the roccabella, directly across on the south side of rené-lévesque. and south of that is l'avenue - all 3 have threads already.

this part of town is undergoing a huge boom, it's pretty amaing. looks like mostly quality design for once, too.

the only two things, in my mind, that need to be done to make this area even more awesome is, when including the construction of these new buildings, destroying the shit out of the CAA Quebec Building and Renovating the Sheraton ground floors, that trapezoid thing is just so ugly and embarassing, it looks like an abandonned greenhouse.

Avec l'Icône et le projet dans le stationnement au nord, le CAA va à toute fin pratique disparaître. L'ère de sa grande visibilité tire à sa fin!

so they are starting witht he office tower first right?? thats 75% occupied?? i went to their website and no info on the shorter tower.... any news anyone??

the first tower being build is the residential one at 39 stories high

Will they build the podium for the second tower so that the entire site is full? Any idea how high that would be?
