The east-facing side isn’t all that bad.

Thanks for all the updates, but this one may need a spoiler tag.

I know most of you all don’t care for this one but I dig it. Better sight to see in person. It’s not your standard WC block of white/beige.

I like it too. Here's a rendering I hadn't seen before:

Things will be great when you're downtown.

I love the pops of color. I thought they rarely did renderings for WC, funny how now we see it when the buildings basically finished . Maybe they waited til it was complete to match it too hahha

All of the taller WC projects have renderings. But yeah, they are scarce in that a lot of the projects seem to get one rendering that doesn't show the whole building.

It isn't all that good either.

Y’all are crazy this thing looks like an IKEA store turned vertically.

I get to see the Union every day, and the problem with it is not the structure imo - it's a handsome if utilitarian building. It's the colors. The dark gray and light gray just make it look unfinished (which I know it is but even the renders show they're going to stay that way).

It'd look friendlier if they added just some of the lighter tones from the lower levels to the tower part.

A few years ago, somebody looked at a rendering showing unsteady vertical lines of windows and balconies and said, yes, that's fine.

I will say it's crazy to go back to the first post and see Greystar's original plan for this building, it looks so squished in comparison haha. I do like those triangular balconies though, wish they could have kept them.
