Canara Industrial Area Environmental Clearance. Out of 585.66 acres 404.60 acres is industrial area. Out of this industrial area around 100 acres again goes to District Jail & State Reserve Police. (Plot 49 is District Jail, Plot 50 is State Reserve Police). And another 60 ares is forest land. Check plot allotment in KIADB GIS.

Smart City: Separate Road for pedestrians and bicycles

Summary: Widening & Development of roads should be given preference. Mr. Subrata Hawaldar of IIDC said drains, underground drainage, electricity & water supply systems, footpath and other basic infrastrucutres are developed when roads are developed. And stressed on Citizen participation.
