It doesn’t have a red. It’s been green since the 1960s.

extending Bishop Grandin to loop onto Fermor (#1 hwy) will be great, relieve some of the congestion on Lag.

Transitional housing (shelter to market housing) proposal from Riverwood Church for Talbot at Stadacona. Converting the existing one storey building to a cafe and adding four storey housing. The addition would contain 40 units (8 at 340 square feet, 31 at 220 square feet and one building manager’s suite at 560 square feet).

^ So they're demolishing the existing structure and rebuilding? If so, I'm surprised they aren't going a little bigger... that looks like it isn't much larger than the current setup.

^ From the plan approval document:

The applicant is proposing to construct a new credit union building for Steinbach Credit Union, which has operated in the existing building on the subject property for a number of years.

The applicant has communicated that the owner intends to construct the new building in a manner that will not significantly interrupt the continued credit union operations on the subject property.

In this manner, the applicant has designed the building so that the proposed upper two floors can be constructed overtop the existing building. Once these two upper floors are complete, the existing building located directly below it can be demolished and replaced by the proposed two new lower floors.

Secure evidence lockup facility. The current one is nearly out of space.
So now there's $30m in new buildings needed that weren't accounted for properly in the new PSB? Ridiculous. Find a place in the tower attached to it.

This is the worst idea I've ever heard. There's so many pedestrians that cross there and there's already too little and too infrequent times to cross. And there's more lights two blocks down, so there's no point of this.

Exactly. People already almost get hit taking the "Exit" turns off there before and after Santa Lucia. And why should it be designed like a speedy freeway for the two blocks of bridges, then change right into St. Mary's and Marion.

Stucco panelling with exterior stairs and small windows? What is fancy about that?

It's in a remarkably more lush setting though......

I checked it out. Looks like a boring, sleepy little village, although perfect for seniors in their retirement twilight years.

.
The evidence building was suppose to be part of the new north district building if I recall properly. It has to be build to warehouse structural standards for the weight of what they store so using the PSB tower won't work.

That's a nice fit for the Talbot at Stadacona site. I like it.

The WPS majority of the time is doing a great work! Don’t shit on the force because of the building boondoggle.

I really like 703 St. Anne's. Such an improvement over the usual suburban-style apartments we see going up around town.

Re the city's capital spending plan.

Doesn't the new police HQ have an indoor gun range?

Also I see the previous plan to build massive community campus is dead. Under that plan Tyndall Park was to close but now they are listed as getting a new building. Hopefully this time the city is not dumb and builds a "shared space".
