I don't care what's on some website, or who's on it. I go by official documents, which is what's presented in the DOB. Short of having that, I can go by a
given height. But as I've said, a given height can mean anything. As far as determining skyscraper heights, you can just go off of a roof height. You have to get the total height. So you inconsistency would be in only relying on what is "stated", rather that what you can actually see, the documents. Now, as anyone who's ever followed skyscraper development knows, sometimes, the heights do change. And that will be reflected as well.
