The East Bayfront proposal is a game changer!

Hopefully this will be a message to developers that windowwall boxes with staggered balconies are no longer acceptable!

Coupled with the "fact" that people SEEM to be nicer all around here in Toronto, and I like the speed of life, this place really inches up a tad bit higher for me right now than even NYC.

OMG and the streetcars on the streets are GREAT!

The nightlife is amazing (on King and Queen Streets?).

Part of me wishes I could move here!!!

You guys are super lucky to have such a great city here.

Toronto has got to be one of the most underrated cities in the world.

Its going to be even better in 10-15 years!

The Bell Lightbox is finished. the condo on top of it isn't finished yet.

MLS 1 and 2 should be moved off the list though.

I'll make the thread for Bisha, no worries. Just need a bit more time.

M5V, Charlie and potentially Bisha all on the same block? (not to mention Bell Lightbox right near by) Crazy!

Sweet!

Though he didn't include the recent height increases to;
Aura - 866ft
Ice East - 768ft
Ice West - 663ft

It doesn't however change the rankings.
