Is that Fort Greene Park? Looks like a pretty good vista.

And, yeah, that hideous Atlantic Center Mall needs to be demolished and replaced with some major towers + an expanded transit hub for the LIRR terminal beneath the mall. The site footprint is enormous, so I'm sure at least two huge towers could be built, with room for a major headhouse for the LIRR.

yes -- when it comes to clevelander's footprints around nyc rock center definitely tops ratner's atlantic mall and yards crapola.

He's referring to the current height its at now (the construction status).
