Does anyone have any idea where the taxi/ride share loading zone will be?

Also the chartered vehicle; sedans/limos,private motorcoaches, hotel shuttles, public buses, long term parking shuttle?

I really hope they have thought this through during the design period. There are so many airports that have taken theses vehicles into consideration (Las Vegas) and there are so many that haven’t...

Via one of the architects I follow on instagram they're nearly done with the 300ish concrete pilings and are about to do 300 more wood ones, but that shouldnt take as long.

Kickstarting November at New Orleans Museum of Art where great progress has been made at the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden expansion site! As you can see, the oval shaped gallery building now has walls and a roof. We’ve started installing insulation, sheetrock, and MEP rough in. Framing for the boardwalk has started and the highly anticipated canal link bridge, also called a “Moses Bridge” for the unique experience of walking through water, is nearing completion. Additionally, aquatic soil and plants have been installed throughout the lagoon area, and cypress trees have been planted. Stay tuned for more project progress! #palmisanoprojects #sydneyandwaldabesthoffsculpturegarden

Union Street Renovations
Renovation of a 12,102 square foot existing building into 11 condo units. One of those will be a 4th-floor penthouse unit that will be added to the existing building.

Man, that Sazerac House is gonna be amazing. I gotta come back down when they open it... even if (god forbid) the liquor-focused concept fails, it’s like a move-in ready retail flagship for Uniqlo, H&M, Zara, etc. They’ve really done the work to make that building stand strong and useful for another century. Or if Rubenstein’s ever wanted to modernize and expand into something like a mini department store with licensed store-in-stores. A big retail presence on Canal St would do wonders.

The ground floor of the Ritz would be ideal for flagship retail. If demand were ever great enough, the Ritz would relocate the spa and conference rooms to another area of the hotel.
