A co-worker heard that Chipotle is opening up at Broadway & Cambie.
Her guess is in the former Mongolie Grill location.

What about the old Lululemon location that just closed down? Also, there's a mid-block building across from London Drugs that's getting some pretty serious renovations going on. Could be any of a number of locations.

I think there are for For Lease signs in their old space, so seems doubtful along with the headache of converting it into a restaurant.

Wow Honolulu Coffee is really expanding. Just saw the new one at Nelson Square too (north of plaza).

On another note, A&W is expanding like crazy as well. A new 24-hr franchise just opened immediately north of Nelson on Granville. They are even opening a new one at Alma and 4th.
