Passed by it yesterday. The sign thingy said 2 32 floor towers above an 8 floor base.

5th and Marion:
Status: Approved

link

It says 43 floors and 378 feet in Emporis. This isn't right. Right? Unless they edited it wrong and put 378 instead of 478.

This seems to have disappeared from the list. Can you please add it Bond. Oh, and it would be nice if approved was separated from Proposed. Thanks.

That's a great looking building. The correct height would have to be 478ft. I say this because the 42 story Westin in Bellevue is 450ft.

Wasn't it removed because the project was changed from condos to an office building and a new rendering wasn't available yet?

Ugh. No bond don't add it. Aleks, try to research your info before you post stuff. This rendering is obsolete. The proposal has been changed to office, resulting in an increase of floors. There is a very preliminary rendering on cityscape 2011.

I've seen it in Cityscape 2011 but it says Office and Residential. I think. Eh, oh well. If it's been changed to all office then that's great. The height would increase then!

Anyways, 2nd and Pike has been named I think. Candela Hotel and Residences.

Looks like move-ins have begun at Mosler Lofts. I went by there this afternoon and saw 2 U-Haul trucks in front. Can someone change the status to "Completed"?

OK I changed the name to Insignia. Also changed Mosler Lofts to completed.

I'm pretty sure this thread (and the Belleuve thread) needs some updating - last time I updated SSC I didn't bother to do this one as well. Let me know what else needs updating on the first page.

Well if you updated at SSC, why don't you just copy that whole post and paste it over here? That's probably the easiest way.

That's what I usually do, but I think SSC might need some updating too, so this time I'll ask for changes to make here, and then copy them over to SSC.

I like the first page but I don't like the color of the Seattle heading and it would be nice if you could add some info on each building please James.

The London Compilation Thread is really organized and good looking. London Compilation Thread

Can you (or if you let me then can I) please do some editing to the first page like the London Thread?

Wow, some of those have progressed quite a bit since I saw them last. Good job.

Sometimes I forget how many projects there are. And, while you went to an admirable number of them, another 18 are underway in Greater Downtown.

I'm also impressed by the range of our projects. The housing is a mix of high-end condos, reasonably-affordable condos, subsidized apartments, market-rate apartments, and market-rate senior housing. I count 14 buildings truly underway that are either offices (2.2 msf), hospital additions, or laboratories.

Thanx for all your updates, Vashon.

I don't get to town much these days and it's always dark out when I am in Seattle (ohh how I miss the city). It's so nice to see all the progress in one comprehensive post.
