Every night I see the tower it is lit. I think they shut the lights off at midnight though.

The tower looked stunning tonight for BayFest. It was continuously changing colors, cycling through every color just like the night it was lit for the first time. It was so vivid and bright. I got chills while driving into downtown from the interstate. I would guess that it'll be doing that tomorrow night and Sunday night, too, but Monty would know for sure.

Also, I'll get pictures tomorrow so be looking for them tomorrow night!

I'm almost ashamed to post these because they're so sucky and blurry, but someone requested some BayFest pics so I'll post a few. But just keep in mind I didn't have the right lens

I know, it looks beautiful. Thats really the only color we have been seeing except for BayFest. I wonder if the Riverview spire will have lighting of such? The cost is $4.6 million.

This is what was on the front page of the Press Register today:

You can also see the construction going on at the Riverview with the big yellow crane and the start of the framework for the crown.

You guys are kicking Birminham's rear on highrise construction. I would love to see a tower like RSA in Birmingham. Actually they could add it to the pile in Atlanta over by Buckhead and it would look great next to "The Mansion".

Well, Birmingham has an FAA cap at 545. Mobile does not have a cap, so that gives Mobile an advantage to have higher buildings. Birmingham's skyline still looks good, and they have a few more buildings than Mobile. However, this is just the start for Mobile. It is an awesome city, and is very, very clean. That is hard to find now-a-days.

Such a cool building. I would love to see Buckhead get a building like that. Definitely in my Top 10 Favorite Buildings. You guys should be very proud to have a tower of this caliber!
