Love to see that they are containing to follow the recommendations from the Adams Street Activation study. On Slide 2, you can see the shaded structure element in the rendering along w/ an exterior structure which adds a 2nd level for outside dining/seating, overlooking Adams Street. Of course, street activation and retail/restaurants on the ground level and improving ped experience. The only thing I don't like is the color scheme, I think it's going to stay that white/original brown combo.

Nothing new but did notice the following: "Develop plans for event infrastructure to streamline temporary street closures including: Bollards, Power, Stage & theatrical lighting, Signage, Restrooms, Security". Nice to see the city think ahead to be able to continue to activate Adams Street even while construction may be going on.
