Should this stuff be moved to the transportation thread? I keep seeing new posts but they're all about transit...

Local CBS news did a story about this project this morning. Nothing new but they showed the renderings that we have. Not sure what prompted the story.

Since the transportation posts keep happening, I moved them all to the transportation thread.

Thanks! Not sure why they keep doing that. The transportation thread is always being posted in and near the top of the first page as it is. Tired of clicking this only to be bamboozled! Lol

If it's about a company moving their HQ to Austin and leasing this project for their offices, sure.

I thought the next update to the site plan would be approval. But the City added updated comments to the site plan yesterday, so it still has a little ways to go for approval. But it's so close based on the comments.

Was Willow St. removed? It looks like it was based on the 2nd photo. But I'm not 100% sure of the photo's location.

Can't help but to be holding my breath for this one. Seems so legit and right but when something seems to good to be true... Really excited for this part of town (and our skyline) should it turn out as planned.

I was hoping we’d have the tallest building under construction outside of NY and Chicago but Miami’s jenga tower may claim that title.

Edit: Chicago’s supertall is wrapping up so we’d come in at #3

Does that tower (300 Biscayne) have its construction funding in place?

Really bold of that developer to make such a massive investment in a city that may very well be underwater in 30 years.
