I've read in a French magazine that Nina had finally lost her legal battle.

The Nina Tower wasn't mentionned though.
Any update ?

I found some information about this project on the web..
There will be a 40-story 5 stars hotel on the upper part of the main tower .Both tower will provide 1450 hotel rooms ,the podium is a 10-story structure which contain a exhibition hall ,shopping mall ,banquet hall ,swimming pool , underground car park and a bus station for HK-Mainland line.

It makes sense. An 80-story, all-office tower would have been taller.

I wouldn't be surprised if the "roof" was different from the rendering. I always thought it was a little weird.

This old version was very unimaginative. And much taller, too.
I guess it would have been visible from the HK island.
