They have poured the L2 level floor slab. Will be removing the corner steel bracing soon in order to form and pour the L2 walls and posts over the coming weeks. Should be forming the L1 level floor by end of July.
Given the number of Ellis-Don trucks I suspect they have been sub contracted to build this tower. Good timing as the concrete forming is now done at 515 Richmond St. Those experienced crews can move a couple of blocks south and form and pour York's 31 storey building. Old Oak is going to use Concrete Forming as contractor for their Centro project.
Alot of steel rebar work done on walls, posts and elevator shaft with some forming completed. Suspect there will be some concrete pours this upcoming week and the week after that. L2 level walls should be completed then with forming on the L1 floor starting.
I'm pretty excited for this one, this and One Richmond Row really stand out in terms of design and something different for Downtown London. Riverwalk & Azure were a bit too safe or "Londonish" / lacking character.
Pouring the L1 floor slab today. Concrete pump truck rig and steady supply of concrete trucks delivering today. The ramp from L1 to L2 was poured Monday. The large steel corner braces will likely be removed in the coming days to make way for the steel rebar and forming of the L1 walls and posts. Should be pouring the ground floor slab by mid Sept at their pace.
Concrete pump truck on site today with concrete trucks. Finishing the L1 slab pour and some of the L1 elevator and stairwell walls pours. The steel corner braces have also been removed.
Have made alot of progress on L1 walls and posts. Still have south side and east side walls and posts to form and pour thou. Have started forming for ground floor slab with about 60% of forms installed. Next week should see the L1 walls and posts poured and the steel rebar installation for ground floor slab started.
