All of the red brick in that image is going to go, except for the small tower on the far left.

I'll miss it! To each their own I guess.

Would have liked the lower portions keep red or brown brick, while the taller portions re-clad in glass. I think it will be a little much with the entire thing glass (just like all brick was probably a little much).

Same I actually quite liked the red bricks.

Looks decent. Clean and modern, but nothing out of this world. Portage will certainly be the jewel of the Island compared to this.

So much glass. You don't get that layering effect. I wish they used red or brown brick for the lower buildings and podiums.

The relief halfway up is an interesting looking feature. Seems like it's only on the north face though. I wouldn't mind seeing that wrap all the way around to break up a relatively monotonous structure.

The angled corners look pretty sharp.

Looks good, but man that's a lot of glass.

I'm glad they are adding those international style fins on the taller tower. Breaks up the sheer glass sheet that some people here are uncertain of.

Pays a little homage to the handful of international styles we already have and fins on the taller tower will emphasize its height over its half connected shorter conjoined twin.

I'm good with this entire facelift so far tbh.

Is anything going to happen to the black trapezoid like structures on the rooftops, or are they going to leave them as is?
