That's likely for the 1980 Ogilvie project.

Almost definitely! I had completely forgotten about that very exciting project! I wish it wasn't another Roderick Lahey 'random brick generator' building but I love the scale and location.

Anyone have experience living at Frontier? Rent seems to be very steep... Wondering whether you feel that it's worth it? I like the fact that it's very close to Blair station but seeing how often the LRT appears to break down around Blair to Hurdman is a potential red flag for me.

Drove by yesterday on my way to the bank and Loblaws at the mall, and they are now working on the 14th floor.

Can you recycle glazing that was ordered from Alibaba in bulk?

Nice, now that's some transit-oriented development. I wonder if the other tower (connected to the LRT station and mall) will be next? I think it's rental as well so can start pretty quickly.

Wonder how many new residents these 3 towers will add... Much needed injection of people in the area, I'm sure the stores/shops around Gloucester Center will be happy.

I have a feeling the 3rd tower in the Frontier development will go up before the Blair LRT tower.

First two towers are around 430 units combined. The third one of these would probably be around 200 units.

For some reason, I'm unable to find the thread for the tower plugged into Blair station.

The one you’re referring to is by a totally different developer (owner of Gloucester centre). It has yet to receive zoning approval.

These are very RLA looking designs from Hobin but they look alright IMHO, at least for the area where they are located. I hope the future larger towers diverge from this recipe however.
