$700k for a one bedroom? Couldn't have made it even just $500k?

One downfall of this tower is that it will definitely screw up the great skyline view from the South Street Bridge.

Love this render! I agree with the others, that this building will enhance the South St Bridge view - especially once the completed CITC soars behind it. (Now we just need a supertall on the northwest corner of 22nd & Market.)

Lol. Isn't that billboard FOR One Riverside? I would hope it comes down when the thing is built.

Its permanent. Before one riverside it was a general dranoff billboard

I think its been there forever and dranoff may need to keep it due to historic tax credits he got for the project

Let's just go crazy and add the 700-900' Cira Tower, RiverWalk, The Mandeville, Marketplace upgrade with 2 300' towers and a 475_500ft apt bldg right at the gas station at 23rd and Walnut.(oh,forgot about Drexel building a hotel on the old Bulletin bldg) Now that'd be one hell of a view from the South St.bridge.

...because Mayor Nutter and other city officials were part of the groundbreaking ceremony or otherwise.

I like this building but....

I was on the Schuylkill Trail the other day and not including a cafe here is a real missed opportunity. Nearby neighbors squashed that, right?

Added some pics on the building philly fb page. Sad to see some of those mature trees go but I'm sure it was necessary and it'll be fun to watch this one go down, then up too!
