For some reason I thought the podium was higher, but you're right it's only a couple of floors. Once this tower is done, and all that work on the 13th ave greenway that whole area will look great.

This will be a great place to live as the area around the Central Memorial Park gets filled in a bit more. I am excited for the Qualex-Landmark on the opposite side of the park on 12th. It will be a mini version of NYC Bryant Park.

Also once the green necklace (13th ave) is done, that address is going to be very desirable.
