Interesting proposal, it's a shame about the timing though. While others might disagree and want to see this built as soon as possible, I feel Surrey would acutual benefit longer term if it were postponed 3-4yrs until after Marine Gateway opens and see what kinks they encounter there and then alter this design accordingly. For such a key location it's important to get it just right.
I don't think it'll make a big difference. The horrific pomo cluster of residential towers in the render shows that history repeats itself regardless
Hopefully one or both of the later phase office blocks will be taller.

Originally Surrey was working with the planners of holland pointe to line up at 98b ave. Guess we can assume that one isnt going through if they go this way.
Here's the [previous?] BC Parkway plan (December 2008)

Thanks. It clearly shows 4 residential towers.
I don't see an obvious movie complex noted - could go in the big 2nd level space near the "B".
Note the BRT (KGB) and LRT (Fraser Hwy) layout
- not sure why they just don't cut across to the middle of Fraser Hwy under the SkyTrain guideway rather than the 90 degree turn.

I'm still disappointed at the lack of a statue of old King George either in the station or integrated into the site plan.

that's big news if walmart is a confirmed tenant, is there anyway to confirm this other than the drawing typing?
Cool - I didn't even notice that. It says 90,000 sq ft - which seems awfully small though.
It's on the 2nd level (with no obvious direct connection to the underground parking) - so no grocery (unless they also take space on the ground level?)

Similarly, Ivanhoe Cambridge is pursuing redevelopment of the Oakridge Shopping Centre, adding value to it through expanded retail space, high-density residential units and other uses, while Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) is partnering with Shape Properties Corp. in the transformation of Brentwood Town Centre, which they acquired in 2010.
HOOPP is also creating new assets, partnering with Shape on Highstreet, a 565,000-square-foot shopping complex at Mt. Lehman Road in Abbotsford, while Triovest Realty Advisors Inc. and PCI Group are developing Marine Gateway in Vancouver and King George Station in Surrey.
Well if i've done this right they tower heights at highest from lowest points should be as followed
office
building a 10 storeys 43.5m (Coast Capital)
building b 11 storeys 53.9m
building c 11 storeys 47.2m
