Yes, I'm looking forward to seeing this one completed. Nothing fancy, but a nice addition to help bulk out the skyline.

Can't complain about a 650ft commercial tower adding near a million square feet of new office space to the downtown. While it's nothing special agreed, it will bulk out the financial district and personally I really like glass. Plus I like how one side fronts onto Yonge St as it will give some much needed height to Toronto's most important street. Add in Massey Tower across the road, and Aura, One Bloor, and the new 460 Yonge and Yonge will be looking much better

in my opinion could still use more but we are on a good start

I totally agree. Yonge is definitely in need of some more height in the downtown core and these new towers going up will definitely add to that.

the worlds longest claim is complete bullcrap.. it includes highway 11 (a freeway) running all the way to North bay.. yonge street really ends just north of Newmarket.

Off topic I know, but...
I get that the Guinness Book of Records no longer recognises Yonge St as 1,896km in length due to the Highway 11 'issue', but even taking that into account, and stopping at Highway 11, is Yonge still not the longest in the world? I don't know and didn't have much joy with google.

nice update! the site is HUGE. huge because it extends all the way to Yonge. I kinda wish the tower was built closer to Yonge or at least another more slender tower could fit right up on the edge of the site.

Interesting. According to Post #116, a tower crane exist. Look towards the upper right of the webcam and one can see the mast. This must a second tower crane.

Unless the tower crane to be assembled will be for the tower portion?

Didn't have a camera with me, but the view of the Bay Adelaide construction site from the rooftop patio at Chase in the Dineen Building is quite interesting.
