love the colors. you don't see too many nice dark towers these days. very well though out contrast against the seemingly, white-out towers that makes up the rest of the skyline. nice.

Tower is already topped out, antenna counts towards the final height!

What's the story with the second tower? Is it moving forward, or stalled?

I saw this building earlier this week, when I was in Vienna. Did not get close to it, because there was just so much to see and do in old Vienna, one of the must-see cities of the world.

The second tower (DC Tower 2) will most likely begin construction in 2015. They are having troubles finding tenants. But no, it's not canceled or anything.
