I heard there was a delay getting final drawings to the precast manufacturer, so at that point (about 2.5 weeks ago) no panels had been made.

No cladding up yet, drove past it today, didn't get a chance to count the floors but looks like they are done going up.

I went by this morning. I looked as hard as I could while driving but I didn't notice any type of panels or exterior cladding of any kind on site.

I didn't bother with photos this time since no exterior finish was on and for the most part it looked the same as my last batch of photos.

Still nothing. There was a delay in producing the precast due to drawing issues. I imagine they are casting them now as the structure looks like it's complete and ready for cladding.

It looked there was some sort of metal framing onsite when I went by this morning. Not cladding for sure but maybe something for windows?

When do you come home? I'm kind of going through "shutter withdrawl" right now and since I can't get home for a month or so I need soemone to do a large phototour.

Still nothing that I could see as far as cladding. This skeleton sure is ugly though. The cladding is going to either make this or break this one for me.

Went by this over the weekend and it still has no cladding or exterior walls up for the most part.

When I drove by yesterday they were starting to paint the shear walls orange, but they were cast in place. Is this what you saw or have they added panels on today?

I'm not sure it looks like it was by the elevator shaft, and it was an orangy peach color.
