I'm not sure why it disappeared in 3rd&Brown's post, but I posted a picture of the site yesterday:

Great news but still annoyed about the redesign. Compare this with what's on page 1 of this thread - shame. But still great that this project is moving forward so can't complain too much.

Between this, 3201 Cuthbert, and the Sparks facility at 30th and Chestnut, we've seen a little less than 1.4M SF of new, purely office space broken ground in just the last month... that's nothing short of incredible in this economic environment. Philly is on a roll.

Chubb rendering by Philly SkyGuy, on Flickr

This is how that rendering should look. I aligned it with the previous rendering

I think I prefer the new design. It’s cleaner. The old design was kinda clunky imo.

To me it really makes no difference. Kinda underwhelming in general, but way better than a parking lot.

no it's the building behind the blue drilling machine. They've been doing something to the exterior but I can't tell what, maybe just inspecting it for now.

A full go and lots of drilling with Chubb. Didn’t think that was possible. They tend to come and go…

If someone could get photos we can move this to under construction if there's rebar/caissons

I was just by there earlier today and didn't see any rebar or caissons on-site yet. They did seem to be adding some stabilization to the gas station though
