I have not had the chance to really try it, but I think that you might be able to get the Wilmington skyline and Philadelphia skyline from the Reedy Point Bridge near Delaware City. Wilmington would be about 13 miles away, and Philadelphia about 25 miles away, as the crow flies. They wouldn't be quite in the same line, but it could be close.
Also, if this is possible, then you can get three "skylines" in one shot, all at almost the same angle. From the Bill Roth Bridge near St. Georges, you could get the Delaware City oil refinieries (their skyline), Wilmington, and Philadelphia.
