I added 1 more Crane to Oakridge as they installed that one about a week ago on a base that was poured during that 200 Concrete truck pour.

It's unlikely that's an issue while there are still personal vehicles being driven. It has a grandfathered drive-thru, so it's probably not going to see any change in use, or densification.

They have a long term lease but the McDonald's lot sold for $14.5 million in 2016. The 36K lot size seems to exclude that back parking lot.

Crane going up this weekend in Olympic Village:

Tower Crane Lift for private development located at 1768 Cook St

They took down the structural supports for Westbank's Blood Alley project so maybe the cranes will be coming down there soon.

That's Concord's Avenue One. The tower crane has been down for some time, so they probably need a mobile crane to put something onto the building that's too heavy to get up to the top of the building any other way. The building is getting close to completion

There’s a hammerhead crane up at both 1615 Franklin St. (topped out, HVAC in progress) and 1831 Franklin St. (Structure Construction) in Vancouver.

In Burnaby there are two hammerhead at the Trans Mountain Burnaby Terminal. Also up Burnaby Mountain there is one hammerhead (SFU campus area) and one luffing (Univercity), I don’t know what projects.

In New West there is one hammerhead at ‘Premiere’ at 408 East Columbia, I’m not sure if this is at structure construction yet or still underground. One hammerhead is up at the last phase of Brewery District (U/G construction). At Royal Columbian the tower for a third crane is now being erected.

Edit; figured out how to update the doc.

Seems like there's at least 4 cranes up on SFU from this Vancouver Tower Crane Instagram Account:

https://www.instagram.com/p/CQO-_3yn3kp/

Two on the NW corner I think to replace the Madge Hogarth residence, one near the center of the campus and another one over at Univercity.

Crescent Court finishes in 2022 so that must be the Univercity project:

https://www.libertyhomes.ca/residential/crescent-court/

Seems like one of the Burnaby Cedar Creek cranes was removed as well.

A new crane was recently erected at the Habitat site at Broadway and Guelph, just one block east of Kingsgate Mall.

And today they took it down. It's the second facility for Key Self Storage. Opening some time in the fall.

Logically that's the crane for Sparrow, on Keefer Street in Chinatown. It's been up for a while.
